    Lived in the Midwest most of my life where I was an executive secretary for John Deere, became involved in the construction business - building commercial buildings, new homes and renovated private and commercial properties. Later, owned, managed and rehabbed a 260 unit apartment complex.

    • In the early 90's I relocated to central Florida where I worked in commercial property management and again managing another large apartment complex. In 2000, I moved to Missouri to be closer to family and fell in love with the Ozarks and the people here. Real Estate in some form or another has been part of my life for years - each avenue has helped me become more rounded in the industry. Since living here in Ava, Real Estate Sales is not just another job for me, it is a job I love and have been very successful at.

    My wife Mary, a registered nurse, and I have resided in the Ava area for over 23 years.

    I have sold real estate for over eight years - In Olatha, Kansas and in Ava, Missouri.

    In addition, I have been a custom home builder for over 30 years, building several homes in the Ava area. I'm a Master Carpenter and a Master Painter and have belonged to both unions for over 25 years.

    • A lifetime member of the Black Angus Association and member of the Quarter Horse Association, as well as memberships in the Red Angus and Slaers Associations.

    A World War II veteran with four years in the USS Navy.

    Mary and I also raise Cutting Horses.

    I along with my wife, Patricia, have resided in Ava area for the last four years. Patricia and I have been married for 43 years; have two grown children and 3 grandchildren.

    The hobbies I enjoy in the Ozarks are fishing, hunting, antique collectible cars, home remodeling, and landscaping.

    • I have been involved in the residential construction industry for over 12 years as well as a Senior member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineering - in that industry for 30 years.

    In addition, I have been involved in personal real estate investing for the past 15 years and for the last three years, a Realtor.

    I have come back to my Missouri roots because of the way of life here in the Ozarks, the beautiful scenery when I look out my front door - the sunrises and sunsets, as well as the great real estate value for the dollar.

    I, along with my wife and daughter, relocated to the Ozarks 6 years ago. The Ozarks was a place I fell in love with in my youth -- The beauty of the countryside, the enjoyment and mildness of the four seasons, and, most especially, the warmth of the people -- I am very happy to have been able to return.

    The west coast was my home most of my life, along with a few years in Florida before coming to Ava.

    The things I enjoy doing here in the Ozarks are weekend sight-seeing ventures, my music, leather tooling, home remodeling and spending quality time with family and friends.

    My work experiences have been in management in a large corporation as well as sales. And now, I bring my work experiences to the real estate industry.
